1. Order Processing
- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates and Estimates
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight of the shipment and the pincode.
- Standard Delivery: Usually takes 5–8 business days depending on the location.
- Remote Areas: Delivery to J&K, North East India, and rural areas may take 10+ days.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email/SMS once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Damages During Transit Wisteria Vow is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we care about your experience. If you receive your order damaged:
- Please record an unboxing video (mandatory for claims).
