1. Overview Due to the nature of our products (Personal Care, Hygiene, and Fragrance), we operate a strict No Return / No Exchange policy on opened or used products.
2. Eligibility for Returns/Replacements We only accept returns or offer replacements under the following specific conditions:
- Wrong Product Sent: You received a product different from what you ordered.
- Damaged/Defective Product: The product arrived broken, leaked, or completely unusable.
3. Mandatory Requirement: Unboxing Video To process any claim for a damaged or missing product, a clear, unedited unboxing video showing the package label and the opening of the box is mandatory. Without this video evidence, we cannot entertain damage claims.
4. Timeframe You must notify us of any defects or damages within 48 hours of receiving the order.
5. Return Process
- Email us at support@wisteriavow.com with your Order ID and the Unboxing Video/Photos.
- Our team will review the evidence within 2 business days.
- If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup (if serviceable) or ask you to courier the product back to us.
- Once the item is received and inspected at our Lucknow warehouse, we will initiate a replacement or refund.
6. Refunds (If Applicable)
- If a replacement is not available, we will refund the purchase amount.
- Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
7. Cancellation Policy
- Before Shipment: You may cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped. The full amount will be refunded.
- After Shipment: Once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled.
